SecGuardian monitors, cleans, backs up and protects your computer at all times — while you live your life. And if something goes wrong, the EIV team is here.
Cleaning, updates, backups, optimization — billed per hour according to your needs (1h minimum, sometimes 2-3h depending on your device's condition).
Once your system is clean, I install and configure SecGuardian (included in the intervention hour).
You then choose the SecGuardian plan that suits you (or not). Without a subscription, the software stays installed but without updates or monitoring.
You already have SecGuardian installed and the remote assistance tool ready to use. Your interventions are therefore faster — you are a known and equipped customer.
